Human and Community Development Department

Human and Community Development

The task of Da’wah was the profession of the Prophets of God, from Noah (A.S) to Muhammad (S.A.W.) This task has now been pass on to the scholars to tackle. Allah (S.W.T) said in the Glorious Qur’an: “Say; O Muhammad! This is my way. I call others to Allah, I and all those who follow me being certain, and glory be to Allah, and I am not one of the polytheists.” Qur’an 12:08

The main objective of this department is to ensure that Muslims and Non-Muslims out there are equipped with correct knowledge of Islam. This knowledge must originate from the Qur’an and the pure sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.)

It is through Da’wah that we continuously dispel the misconceptions and misunderstandings of Islam that are imparted to the people by the media and other sources of skeptical nature.

The New Hope Da’wah Department wishes to work together with the Imaams and supervisors of different Massajids around the country without discrimination. It also distributes some Islamic literature to develop the true Islamic personality that is knowledgeable, and committed.

This department also include educational programmes that seek to empower the community, most of which are in the pipeline
